Legends Rankings
The Legends throughout the year do Timed 400 Kicks . We have ranked all those who participated in the event. The Legends also have their own standards for the 200 Freestyle. Swimmers can see how they rank within our standards and who else is close. Lastly we keep track of those swimmers who have broken 30 seconds for the 50 Freestyle making it into the Under 30 Club.
Time Standards for Swim Meet Progression

All swimmers can attend Time Trials and Provincial Invitationals.
NL Championship Time Standards - to qualify for SC Championships (early March) or LC Championships (late May). 1 event for 3-4 swims at the meet, 2 events for 5-7 swims at the meet.
East Coast Championship Time Standards - to qualify for East Coast Championships swimmers 14 & under must make an IM and Free time. Swimmers 15 & over can qualify in any event. Swimmers race against swimmers from the Atlantic provinces. East Coast is held twice a year, Short Course (late February) and Long Course (early July).
P1/P2 Standards - for our team travel meet to Megophias Invitational - Trois Rivieres from Dec 3-5th . Swimmers can qualify for either the P1 or P2 meet. In Quebec swimmers race by year of birth, not current age.
Fort Lauderdale Time Standards (new)- for our team travel meet in late June. Swimmers must qualify in at least 4 events to go the meet.
Age Group Nationals Time Standards - for swimmers to qualify for Age Group Nationals, they need to meet these time standards. This meet is the focus for our top swimmers aged 12-18 in our club.
Swim Canada Time Standards - to qualify for Eastern Nationals (mid-February) and Senior Nationals (SC-March, LC-July). Our top swimmers strive to reach these standards to race the fastest swimmers in the country!

SNL Provincial Team Time Standards - Swimmers who have achieved two time standards will be eligble for Provincial team Camps.
